- According to the Stock Listing Regulation, No 005/LSX, dated 26 November 2018;
- According to the voluntary delisting mechanism, No 1510/LSX, dated 3 November 2022;
- According to the application form of LWPC, No 332/LWPC, dated 5 May 2023.
Lao Securities Exchange (LSX) is honoured to notify you that LSX has completed delisting the stock of LWPC as company’s proposal on 31 July 2023. In addition, LWPC is terminated the status of being a listed companies in LSX. In the next, LWPC shall comply with the relevant regulations and laws of the Lao’s PDR.
