Re: New fee rate for stock transaction and share transfer in Lao Securities Exchange

- Pursuant to the notice from LSCO, No. 0068/LSC0, dated on 01/09/2020;
- Pursuant to the decision of LSC, No. 063/LSC, dated on 07/09/2020.

The Lao Securities Exchange (LSX) is pleased to announce that the stock transaction fee and share transfer fees of listed shares in
Lao Securities Exchange have been revised, in which stock transaction tax for selling and share transfer fee of 0.3% has been abolished and shall enter into force from 07 September 2020 onward. Other fees remain unchanged and please kindly find the new fee rates
of each sector herein with the attachment.

Thus, LSX issues this notice to notify the fee rate amendment.
