Re: New fee rate for stock transaction and share transfer in Lao Securities Exchange

- Pursuant to the letter from Lanexang Securities Public Company, BCEL-KT Securities Company Limited and Lao-China
Securities Company Limited, dated on 02/10/2020;

The Lao Securities Exchange (LSX) is pleased to announce that the stock transaction fee and share transfer fees of
listed shares in Lao Securities Exchange have been revised, in which brokerage fee has been reduced and shall enter
into force from 12 October 2020 onward. Other fees remain unchanged and please kindly find the new fee rates of
each sector herein with the attachment.

Thus, LSX issues this notice to notify the fee rate amendment.
