Lao Securities Exchange (LSX) was officially established on 10/10/2010 with the Bank of Lao PDR (BOL) holding 51% and Korea Exchange (KRX) 49%, and has operated trading since 11/01/2011. Lao Securities Exchange is the only stock market of Lao PDR contributing to the Lao Financial Market Development as an efficient investment alternative and effective long-term fund mobilization.

Now we are seeking for talented and interested person who would like to work for a securities market in the following position:

Position: Secretary to CEO
Classification: General staff

CONDITION AND QUALIFICATION
- Only Lao Nationality are eligible to apply
- Bachelor’s degree or Master, major in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Accounting, Banking, Law or relevant fields
- Average GPA 2.5 or higher
- Good computer skills (Microsoft Office)
- Fluent in English (speaking, writing and reading)
- Applicant holding LA-PIB, CPA, CFA or CMIP and having knowledge on capital market will be given priorities

Position: Legal Officer (1 position)
Classification: General staff

CONDITION AND QUALIFICATION:
- Only Lao Nationality are eligible to apply
- Bachelor’s degree or Master, major in Law, International Law, International Relation or relevant fields
- Newly graduated student/ student to be graduating soon in 2019 is encouraged to apply
- Average GPA 2.5 or higher
- Good computer skills (Microsoft Office)
- Fluent in English (speaking, writing and reading)
- Applicant holding LA-PIB, CPA, CFA or CMIP and having knowledge on capital market, securities Law or other relevants law will be given priorities

Position: IT Infra Officer (1 position)
Classification: General staff

CONDITION AND QUALIFICATION:
- At least Bachelor Degree, and majoring in System Engineer / Network Engineering, or IT with GPA 2.6 (but LSX internally 3.0 based on the application status);
- Familiar with UNIX or LINUX environment;
- Professional knowledge in infrastructure (network, server, storage, datacenter facilities) would be given priority;
- Practically proficient experiences in Network Field such as Cisco Network Security would be given priorities;
- Holders of Certificates of RHCSA, RHCSE, CCNA or CCNP will be given favors;
- Fluent English skill in both writing and speaking.

Position: Senior IT Developer (1 position)
Classification: General staff

CONDITION AND QUALIFICATION:
1. Programming
- Understanding C or C++ programming
- Strongly required and clearly understanding of Object Oriented Programming (OOPs) Concept in Java
- Understanding of Core Java Programming
- Ability to apply Java Programming to perform CRUD operation with database by using native JDBC
- Threading or multi-threading in java is preferable
- Java Socket programming is mandatory
- Understanding RESTful web service in Java such as JAX-RS 2.0 or JAX-RS 2.1 API
- Be able to develop mobile application using native framework or hybrid framework or familiar of implementing web application using spring framework

2. Database
- Well understanding of how to use RDBMS, SQL (Structured Query Language) in Oracle database in developer level, such as DDL (Data Definition Language), DML (Data Manipulation Language), DCL (Data Control Language), TCS (Transaction Control Statement), SCS (Session Control Statement) command
- Understanding the roles of database objects
- Understanding PL/SQL (Procedural Programming Language) in SQL, be able to create, modify database store procedures and functions

3. Operating System
- Familiar with UNIX or LINUX environment

4. Talent and Experience
- At least Bachelor degree, majoring in IT or related fields;
- Experience in real project implementation by using Java as based programming
- Good attitude, Open mind, Teamwork is compulsory
- Love, Addicted in programming as the hobbies.
- Ready to learning new things and share experience.
