On September 19th, 2014, in the grand meeting room, 8th floor, Lao Securities Exchange Building; the Opening Ceremony of Training Program under the Joint Trainers Development Program for the Lao Capital Market was held. On this special occasion, Assoc. Prof. Dethphouvang MOULARAT, Chairman & CEO of Lao Securities Exchange (LSX) was honorable in delivering the opening remark in the ceremony attended by Mr. TaeJoo CHOI, Vice Chairman & COO of LSX, Mr. Siripong PAISARNKONGTAWEE, Vice President of Professional Education Department, Thailand Securities Institute (TSI), the Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET) along with his delegation, LSX’s directors as well as 15 selected trainees from Lao Securities Commission Office (LSCO), National University of Laos (NUOL), LSX, Securities and listed Companies . The program is a cooperation project between LSX and SET which its aims are to develop the first batch of trainers for Lao Capital Market particularly for the training program for license examination preparation. After the ceremony, there was also the panel sharing and discussion on the topic of “Effective Training for License Examination Preparation” on the same day. The panel discussion was very interesting due to Mr. Chyuth PARINYATANAKUL, Well-known Trainer from TSI, SET was invited to give an exclusive interview and share the experiences on his success of working as the professional trainers in Thailand. Additionally, during September 20th to 21st , 2014, the trainees also participated in the training course which equipped them with essential tools, techniques and skills for becoming the flawlessly reliable trainers in the future. The trainees were also assigned to conduct presentations in front of the class in order to apply what they have learned from the course to the real demonstration. The valuable comments were given by the highly-experienced trainers for the further improvement of all trainees. In addition, the Certificate of Accomplishments were also handed-over to the trainees by Dr. Krisada SEKTRAKUL, Director of Market Education Center, SET in the end of the training program.
