Executives and all staff of Lao Securities Exchange (LSX) organized the wreath-laying ceremony and attended the national minute’s silence in order to pay respect to the Poliburo member and members of the Party Central Committee’s Secretariat, who tragically passed in an air accident at 13:00 p.m. on May 19th, 2014.
We offer our profound sadness and deepest sympathy to the high ranking officials, Comrade Lt. Gen. Douangchay Phichit, Lao People Revolutionary Party Central Committee Politburo member, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of National Defence; Comrade Thongbanh Seng-aphone, Secretariat of the Party CC and Minister of Public Security; Comrade Soukanh Mahalath, Secretariat of the Party CC and Mayor of Vientiane and Comrade Cheuang Sombounkhanh, Secretariat of the Party CC and Head of the Propaganda and Training Committee of the Party CC as well as other victims from this accident.
